Questions from the filmmakers and writers who visit our site and submit to our competitions are most important to us. We want to provide the best service that we possibly can.

You are welcome to call our offices to speak in person about any of your concerns, however, it is recommended that you contact us via email for a more complete and informed response.

Please keep in mind that our film festival receives more than 500 emails and phone calls each day.
